Bear Paw Campground Description

Our campground consist of an open area, approximate the size of a football field that is surrounded on three sides by trees the fourth side provides a view of Mount Mitchell. The campground has six furnished campers for rent, spaces for 15 campers / RV, 25 tents, separate toilets and a play ground for small children. The campground is 4000 ft high thus in the spring and fall required a light sweeter at night and summer you will be quite comfortable in normal dress.

The campground is in a very rural area, 200 feet below the mountain peak and offers many hiking trails.
